On Friday 6 August, we were really delighted to welcome six year old violinist Hermione Duan, at her Debut Concert in Brentwood Cathedral.

Amongst our many guests was the Mayor of Brentwood, Olivia Sanders.

Hermione was accompanied by  musicians from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, including Jennifer Christie, her violin teacher, as well as Roderick Elms on the organ and harpsichord.

This was a very well-attended and truly memorable concert with wonderful music played with such skill and feeling by Hermione, supported by the professional players from the RPO.
