Thank you to everyone who responded so generously on 5-6 March, both by donating useful items and, through our second collection, which raised the tremendous sum of £2,308.80 for the people of Ukraine.
Your donations will be forwarded to CAFOD and will help local experts in Ukraine to provide extra food, water, healthcare, shelter and clothing.

Contributions from our parish have already been added to the local effort in Upminster, and have been delivered by volunteers from the Cathedral to a business there, which has generously suspended its usual operations to manage the collection, sorting, storage and transportation of aid.
We have been working with some of our Ukrainian parishioners to ensure we are collecting appropriate goods that are going to those in need. These goods are heading for the Ukrainian border with the intention that they will then be transported on to Kyiv.
Please help the suffering people of Ukraine by giving as much as you can to the
